Twisted sex attacker ‘abused string of teen girls as part of a seaside DOGGING scene’

A VIOLENT sex fiend who abused teenage girls as part of a seaside dogging scene claims HE is the victim – after a judge refused to lift an order that bans him from meeting girls under the age of 18.

A court heard that 27-year-old perv Benjamin Lumby was notorious for targeting a McDonald’s drive-thru opposite a school in Bridlington, East Yorkshire, where he would try to meet young girls driving his blue Vauxhall Corsa.

Once he’d lured them into the car he would take them to the nearby Carnaby Industrial Estate to have sex as part of dogging scene with other pals in cars.

As a result cops asked magistrates in Beverley to slap him with a Sexual Harm Prevention order back in March – banning him from living or associating with girls under the age of 16.

It also banned him from seeing his former best friend and entering school grounds to pick up pre-16-year-old girls. He also had to sign on the National Sex Offenders’ Register.

In a national first – the order was granted despite Lumby having no previous convictions for sexual offences.

The jobless dad-of-two would allegedly pick up girls who were 15 and 16 with his best mate Michael Clayton and refer to them as their “car whores.”

Hull Crown Court heard that one text he wrote read: “Hey Mike what you up to tonight? You want to meet **** or *****? I’ll meet whichever one.” “Do you think ***** will be up for a three way?”

“Got ***** in the car, if you want me to keep her out to meet you.”

He said he watched as his mate had sex with his favourite girl next to his car by pulling up next to his car window. He later texted him saying: “They get in the way. Keep her for what she is best for. A f***. That is how it should be lad. Lol.”

When the order was made a series of girls were called to give evidence against him.

The court heard Lumby pushed one girl out of a moving car, spat at her and stabbed her with a key after an argument about her wearing makeup, her hair down, and jeans for college.

A different girl has been sent 500 miles away from him as a ward of court amid allegations he has been having sex with her since she was 14 taking her for lifts in his car.

Police took action against Lumby, formerly of Tennyson Avenue, Bridlington, after the girls made complaints but then withdrew them allegedly under his emotional pressure. One victim said he needed to be stopped before he killed.

Unhappy with the ban however Lumby appealed the court’s decision at a four day hearing held at Hull Crown Court this week.

Despite the order having been in place for just six months, Limby admitted he has bedded three new girls he has met who are 16. He told a judge group sex is part of modern life for many women he knows in Bridlington.

He insisted: “I know a lot of women in my area who have had multiple threesomes. I know some women who talk about 40 odd plus.”

Lumby admitted he probably did organise girls for his best-friend and sent sleazy texts about “get her ***** lad” and “bros before hoes.” He denied calling the girls he met regularly at the Bridlington McDonald’s car park his “car whores.”

He told the court: “I don’t want the label as a sex offender. Since this was done, I have had my car smashed up, my mum’s windows smashed. I have had people attack me. I am not a sex offender. I have written a letter about how this has affected me. I have actually thought of committing suicide over it.”

The dad-of-two claimed he was the victim of a police and social services “plot to get him” with exaggerated evidence from two former girlfriends who were bitter at him after he split up.

Despite having one previous conviction for ABH and two for battery Lumby insisted he was in normal relationships.

Crown barrister Phillipa Hildyard told Lumby: “You meet them on Facebook. You impress them, you take them all out in your car. You buy them cigarettes, alcohol and cannabis.

“You groom them, sleep with them and exploit them. You control them, they become withdrawn, their families become concerned and you isolate them from their friends and families.

“You control their clothing and their make-up. Then the abuse starts when you become insecure and start accusing them of sleeping with other men. The women describe sexual violence and examinations. That is your process. That is what you do to girls.”

The court heard that some of the five alleged victims had claim Lumby had deleted all their mobile phone numbers, blocked all of their male friends on Facebook, and punched and kicked them daily.

One even claimed he punched her five months into her pregnancy while another said she was raped.

Barrister Ms Hildyard said Lumby attacked a girl he had groomed since she was 14 in December 2015.

She accused Lumby: “You smashed her phone, threw it out of the car window. You punched her right arm, right hand ribs and top of her right leg. You took her to Carnaby Industrial estate pulled her out of the car by her hair and abandoned her. She had to be taken home by her dad.”

She said in a further incident he punched the girl in the ribs and left arm and threatened to “fire her grandma’s house and put pigs on the door.”

Defence barrister Katherine Kioko-Gillighan said he had no historic offence of sexual assault and a large proportion of evidence against him was hearsay.

She said: “These girls are both desperate to make his life difficult. It is submitted this is far reaching order. He concedes he has behaved poorly to previous partners. He concedes his behaviour to be abhorrent, however, does a promiscuous lifestyle mean he is paedophile? This is a method of punishing him in a criminal way for breaching social convention.”

Judge Simon Jack, sitting with two magistrates, told Lumby he was not only refusing his appeal but was making it more onerous to protect the 16 year old girls he was now seeing – increasing the age to 18.

“We take the view he is a violent man who is prepared to get into relationships with girls under 16 and manipulate and abuse them so that they do not give evidence against them,” said Judge Jack. He said the court had heard evidence that since the order was made he had had sex with a string of 16-year-old girls which the court took the view were vulnerable and being exploited by a 27-year-old man.

The judge added: “He has written us an impassioned letter. It is all about the affect this order has had on his life. He cares for nobody except himself. He must appreciate the only reason we are making this order is because of the harmful effect he has had on other people’s lives. This court has no sympathy at all for him. This courts sympathy rests with the girls who need to be protected.”

The court ordered Lumby should pay £1,600 towards the legal costs of the case

Paedophile hunters confront 30-year-old man who thought he was meeting a 12-year-old girl for sex

A MARRIED man has begged to be given “one chance”, promising “I’m a Muslim, I never lie” after being caught trying to meet a 12-year-old girl for sex.

Mohammed Hussein was caught with a bag full of Viagra pills, five condoms, 11 silk lubricant sachets and a sex-prolonging spray when he was confronted by a paedophile hunter group.

The 30-year-old had set up the meeting with the pre-teen, who he knew as “Gemma” but was really a member of the vigilante group.

When confronted by angry members of the group outside the hotel on February 29, the married butcher claimed he would have sent the girl home if she was really 12-years-old.

But the man, who was dobbed into police by the vigilante group, was today found guilty at Inner London Crown Court of attempting to meet a child following sexual grooming

In a video released by the hunter group, the man can be seen begging with the parents who caught him, telling them he had not been meaning to have sex with the girl, who was not even in her teens.

The 30-year-old had caught the bus from Croydon to Bromley Court to meet the girl at the Bromley Court Hotel after chatting to her through the dating app Waplog.

The girl’s profile said she was 18 and included a picture of a young white female but Hussein was then told she was actually 12-years-old and still at school.

In the messages, Hussein said the pair should meet up, suggesting: “cinema, sex, shopping?”

‘Gemma’ then asked the married man whether sex would be appropriate as she was only 12, with the man writing back: “I do not know, if you are under 18  then I will wait until you become 18.”

He later texted her, asking her if she was a virgin.

But when going to meet the girl, he was instead confronted by the vigilante group, with the man caught on camera telling his accusers that he felt “guilty”.

After being confronted by the group, he can be heard saying: “I accept that this is wrong.

“If she’s under 18, then it’s totally wrong.”

He said: “I feel very guilty. It was my big mistake.”

The man, who moved to the UK from Pakistan eight years ago, then promised the hunter group he had never tried to meet with a young girl before and would never do it again.

He said: “That’s my first time and last time.

“I never do this one again. I’m a Muslim, I never lie.

“Trust me, I swear off my God I never do before, I never do again just give me only one chance.”

The man is now awaiting to be sentenced at the same court on Wednesday November 9.

Handbook on how to groom & abuse toddlers made cyber crime officer sick

A sex predator was found to have accessed a horrifying “manual of how to abuse children and get away with it” on the internet which was so disturbing an experienced police analyst was left feeling nauseous.

Ross Bayley (28) from Perth came under police investigation after a toddler revealed he had been sexually assaulted by him.

Officers recovered computer equipment from his home and found that the Tor browser, which is intended to allow anonymity for online users, had previously been installed on a device.

Advocate depute Steven Borthwick told the High Court in Edinburgh that recovered internet activity revealed the user had viewed a site which offered “detailed and graphic advice and history regarding paedophilia, paedophiles and also provided links to additional internet pages dealing with that subject matter”.

The prosecutor said: “The user has utilised the Tor browser to view deeply concerning material which offers advice regarding how to groom and sexually abuse children.”

Police cyber crime examiners said the material was extensive and amounted to “a manual of how to abuse children and get away with it”.

One of the analysts, who has seven years experience checking computers containing indecent child images, said: “In all my years as an examiner I have never previously encountered documentation such as this.

“The extensive content recovered, which gives instruction and advice in how to groom, prepare and abuse children, in our experience as analysts, is the worst offensive, upsetting, vile documentation we have encountered in the Cyber Crime unit.”

He added: “Subsequently one of the analysts involved, an examiner with nine years’ experience, could not continue reading as the content made them too upset and nauseous.”

A cache of indecent images of children was also recovered from the equipment and evidence was recovered showing the downloading of photos and videos involving the sexual abuse of youngsters.

First offender Bayley was investigated by officers after the parents of a little boy contacted police after the child disclosed that he had carried out a sex act on him.

Unemployed Bayley, formerly of Kinnoull Hill Place, admitted sexually assaulting the boy, then aged two years and 11 months, at a house in his home city on June 8 this year.

He also pled guilty to making indecent images of children between December 5 last year and June 9 this year.

Mr Borthwick said that after earlier being at a house where Bayley was the little boy had unusually asked his father to have a bath before later revealing to his shocked parent what had happened to him.

Police later detained Bayley who told them: “I’m really, really sorry I need help.”

Officers noticed that in his bedroom there was a large number of electronic devices and mobile phones set up on cooling systems and connected to a sophisticated projector and screen.

The advocate depute said a total of 1511 images and four videos containing child abuse images were found with some at the most extreme level.

Lady Carmichael deferred sentence and remanded him in custody and placed him on the sex offenders’ register.

The judge said she would continue a Crown motion asking her to consider making a risk assessment order in the case which can lead to the imposition of an Order for Lifelong Restriction on the offender.

Pervert who rigged up spy cams to film teenage girl having sex is jailed

A senior engineer who rigged up spy cameras in Bristol to film a teenage girl having sex has been jailed.

Michael Sheffe, a former British Aerospace employee, was found to have captured the lewd footage and stored it in files, labelling one “horny”.

The 51-year-old was also found to have downloaded child abuse images from the internet as well as more than 2,000 “extreme pornography” photographs.

Sheffe initially told police what he had done was not sexually motivated.

It was then confirmed he had searched for child abuse photos on the internet, as well as bestiality images to “see what was out there”.

His sordid child abuse collection included 2,263 child abuse stills and 2,441 extreme pornography stills, including some movies.

Mathew Comer, defending, said: “He was a supervising engineer for British Aerospace but was dismissed.

“He will not work in that industry again and he thinks he’s unlikely to ever get a responsible job.

“He’s lost everything. He is an intelligent man and he feels shame and regret.

“The pre-sentence report concludes he is highly unlikely to ever come before these courts again.

“There is no possibility other than an immediate custodial sentence.”

Perverted Royal Stoke University Hospital doctor downloaded 11,000 child sex abuse images

Consultant anaesthetist Dr Emil Guirguis led a ‘double life’ as a respected medic at the region’s top hospital – while downloading thousands of child sex abuse images in his spare time.

The 59-year-old pervert, who worked at the Royal Stoke University Hospital from 1995, would dredge the internet and searched for the images online.

His offending came to light when police executed a search warrant at his home in Solihull. Officers seized several laptops and hard-drives.

They then searched the defendant’s other home in Penkhull and seized more devices.

They were analysed and contained more than 11,000 indecent images of children and 1,028 extreme pornographic images.

Now Guirguis has been handed a three-year community order at Stoke-on-Trent Crown Court as the judge believes he can be rehabilitated.

Prosecutor Philip Brunt said police executed a search warrant at the defendant’s two homes on June 11 last year.

They found indecent images on four laptops and six hard drives. And they found a number of searches including ‘paedo’ and ‘pre teen hard core’.

In total, officers recovered 1,618 images at category A – the most serious; 1,072 at category B; 8,320 at category C; and 1,028 extreme pornographic images. The images showed children in pain and visibly distressed as they were being sexually abused.

The defendant told a probation officer he did not get any sexual gratification from looking at the images. He said he did not realise what he was doing was illegal or that the victims were being abused.

Guirguis, of Wollescote Drive, Solihull, who also worked at Birmingham Heartlands Hospital, pleaded guilty to three offences of possessing indecent images of children; three offences of making indecent images of children; and one offence of possessing extreme pornographic images.

Arvind Sharma, mitigating, said the defendant was a very well-respected doctor who had ‘gone over and beyond the call of duty’ and has worked voluntarily in Ethiopia.

Mr Sharma said: “He has led a double life. His colleagues speak of him in glowing terms. Sadly at the same time he has been engaging in the enterprise of accessing these images. There are a large number of images and they show young children in distress. He now fully appreciates the harm of his actions.

“He is thoroughly ashamed of himself. He had taken a considerable fall from grace. He has now retired from the medical profession. No doubt he will be struck off by the General Medical Council (GMC) in due course.

“He feels he would benefit from intervention by the relevant services. With 35 years outstanding public service as a doctor, you may feel that sufficiently gives him just about enough credit to avoid an immediate custodial sentence.”

Judge Timothy Smith sentenced Guirguis to a three-year community order with a requirement to comply with the internet sex offender treatment programme. He was made the subject of a five-year Sexual Harm Prevention Order and will be on the sex offenders’ register for the same period. And he was barred from working with children or vulnerable adults.

Judge Smith said: “Your’s is a considerable contradiction. You are somebody who has lived a double life. On the one hand, a respected member of the community, upstanding and doing all you can for others in a caring profession. You joined a church mission in Ethiopia. It is impossible to say how somebody in that position, having a faith and being an active member of a church congregation, how it is that somebody such as that has spent their time dredging what is the darkest and deepest recesses of the most despicable part of the internet.

“Each of the images that you downloaded were images of real children. They seemed to be in pain, they seemed to be crying. They are undergoing pain, loneliness and despair.

“It defies belief. You have brought shame upon yourself, your family and your profession.”

Paedophile claims he hid internet usage to ‘download blockbuster films’

A COMPUTER expert is to be called in to verify whether a convicted paedophile accessed illegal images using covert software online.

A district judge has ordered the expert analysis after defendant Endaff Aled Evans of Cynwyl Elfed claimed he had used a website to hide his internet IP address to download blockbuster films — but not any illegal images.

Evans, 45, pleaded guilty at Llanelli magistrates court yesterday to using an internet search engine that hides an IP address. This makes it difficult to track online activity.

By using the search engine, Evans was in breach of a sexual harm prevention order which was imposed by Swansea Crown Court last year.

District judge David Parsons said custody was an option if it turned out he had not used the software for the reason he stated.

Evans was spared a prison sentence in September last year and instead given a three year supervision order.

He also had to register as a sex offender five years.

Police executed a warrant at Evans’s home on December 6, 2014 after receiving information that he may have had indecent images of children on his computer. When police arrived at the house he told them: “I have got some on my computer but I have never touched any children.”

Of the 1,250 indecent images found on Evans’s seized computer, 15 were judged to be category A, the most serious category.

A further 53 were deemed to be category B with 1,182 classed as category C images.

The images had been collected over a period of 14 months and the children were of a wide age range

At Llanelli magistrates court yesterday, prosecutor Vaughan Pritchard Jones said police visited Evans’s home on August 30 this year to carry out a routine check of his internet browsing as part of the sexual harm prevention order.

Mr Vaughan said: “Under the order he is not allowed to hide the history of his internet usage.”

“Police attended to see his computers and other items that could connect to the internet.”

“One device showed a website had been accessed which could then be used to hide usage so you don’t know which websites have been visited.”

Mr Vaughan said some pornographic websites had been visited but “the defendant denied accessing any illegal material.”

Judge Parsons asked why the covert search engine had been used by Evans in the first place.

Mr Vaughan said he did not have an answer during police interview.

Defence solicitor Mike Reed said: “He used the search engine once or twice a month to download new films that come out and circumvents’ copyright and government restrictions.

“He downloads blockbusters without having to pay for them.”

Judge Parsons said he was sending the matter to Swansea Crown Court for sentencing due to the sexual prevention harm breach occurring so soon into the order.

He “A computer expert should also examine this to check the credibility (of the defendant) or whether he was deliberately accessing the type of pornography he was previously. If it is deliberate, he is likely to go to prison.”

Evans will next appear at Swansea Crown Court on Friday November 4 where he will be sentenced.

Pensioner branded ‘a monster, demon, a complete child predator’

A Welwyn Garden City paedophile has been jailed after committing numerous sexual offences involving two young girls, including attempted rape.

Simon Doherty, 66, was sentenced at St Albans Crown Court last Thursday for 11 counts between June 2005 and June 2014, which involved sexually assaulting a girl as young as six.

The Lincoln Close resident was given 12 years in prison after being found guilty of seven charges of sexually touching a girl under 13, including once by penetration, and attempting to rape a child under 13.

Doherty was also found guilty of three counts of causing or inciting a child to engage in sexual activity.

Judge John Plumstead deplored the “vile” acts, but considered Doherty’s health while sentencing. He also made a permanent restraining order.

Following the hearing, a family member of one of the victims told the WHT: “I think justice has been served but he got off lightly with 12 years.

“I think he’s a monster, a demon, a complete child predator that deserves to be behind bars, and now no little babies can be molested by him.

“It’s the worst thing I have ever been through in my life. I don’t know what to say, it took a long time, 17-and-a-half months to be over. I’m very happy with the court.”

One of the victims said: “It was terrible. I’m diagnosed with depression and anxiety, I used to hurt myself a lot, I tried to kill myself a few times. I’m on depression medication and get a lot of support.”

However, she said she now sees light at the end of the tunnel, and added: “I feel really proud. A weight has been lifted from me. Obviously it has been hard but every second of it was worth it now that he can’t do it to anyone else.

“A lot has happened but at the end of the day it is worth it because he’s away now.”

Child rapist sentenced to 24-years

A man raped and sexually assaulted two schoolgirls over a period of five years, Lincoln Crown Court has heard.

Stephen Boyd, 52, denied the offences but after a trial he was found guilty by a jury.

He was found guilty of 16 charges including rape, attempted rape, indecent assault, indecency with a child and sexual activity with a child.

Boyd, of Rivehall Avenue, Welton, near Lincoln, was jailed for 24 years on Friday, October 14.

He was placed on the sex offenders register for life and given a lifetime sexual harm prevention order.

Recorder Peter Cooke, passing sentence, said there was a “horrific nature” to the offences committed by Boyd and described his behaviour as grotesque and manipulative.

He told Boyd: “You did not have the courage to go into the witness box to face cross-examination.

“You have no insight and no remorse for the damage you have done to your victims. This is a case where there is no mitigation.

“Inevitably the sentence here must be very long indeed.”

Tony Stanford, prosecuting, said the attacks took place between 2000 and 2005.

He said both victims had been deeply affected psychologically by what happened.

Boyd did not give evidence during his trial.

Man jailed for sexually abusing women and girls

A 24-year-old man has been sentenced to 22 years after admitting to sexually abusing five women and girls in South Yorkshire. 

Matthew Wood appeared at Manchester Crown Court yesterday (Thursday 13 October), where he was given a 22 year sentence after pleading guilty to 15 offences against five victims in an earlier hearing. Wood is to serve 14 years in custody with an extended 8 years on licence, after he was deemed by the judge to be a dangerous sex offender.

Wood, of Buckleigh Road, Wath, Rotherham. Admitted seven counts of rape, four counts of sexual activity with a child, three counts of sexual assault and one count of common assault.

He also admitted possessing and distributing indecent images of children.

The charges relate to five women and girls from Doncaster and Rotherham who were aged between 15 and 24-years-old when the offences took place.

The investigation began in 2015, when South Yorkshire Police were passed information that suggested Wood had been accessing indecent images of children.

As the inquiry progressed, it became clear that Wood had sexually abused a number of people and his victims were identified and traced. Wood was charged with multiple offences in March 2016.

The court was told that a number of his victims suffer from disabilities as well, making his exploitation of them even more appalling and cruel.

Pervert (45) groomed schoolgirl

AN Ardrossan man is awaiting sentence after being caught grooming a 15-year-old girl.

David Young, of Clyde Terrace, met with and kissed the girl several times between May 22 and June 12 this year.

The 45-year-old proclaimed his love for her after years of being in the same North Ayrshire martial arts club.

Kilmarnock Sheriff Court heard last week how the pair have known each other for three years.

On May 22, a conversation began between them on WhatsApp where Young made reference to someone having a crush on her.

Young revealed he had a crush on the girl to which she responded that she loved him too.

They continued to exchange messages repeating the same and met up upon the girl’s study leave beginning.

Both met outside The Salt Cot pub and on that occasion she kissed him on the mouth.

They met again after that and walked along the beach between Aldi, The Braes, Saltcoats to Ardrossan Castle.

Young asked her if she’d be his girlfriend and she said yes.

The pair hugged and kissed but only on the cheek as other people were present.

Thereafter, they went to Cannon Hill and sat down on a bench and kissed.

Both Young and the girl met up on several occasions after this where Young touched her on the bottom with her permission.

But on June 12, the girl left her phone and her mother saw a sexually inappropriate message from ‘David’.

The girl eventually burst into tears and confessed that she and Young were in a relationship.

At court last week, Young pleaded guilty to the charges.

Presiding Sheriff Alistair Watson said: “You’re a 45-year-old man. You know better and now you’ll have to take responsibility for your disgraceful behaviour towards this child because that’s what she was – a child.”

Sentence was deferred on Young until November for reports and he was placed on the Sex Offender’s Register.

Child sex attacker warned to expect hard time in jail

A judge told an aged child sex offender to expect a hard time in prison as he jailed him for three years.

James Peacock, 79, was found guilty after a trial of sexually abusing a girl.

Prosecutor Shaun Dodds told Teesside Crown Court she finally went to the police after her mother died last year.

The woman said in an impact statement “I take painkillers, and I am scared of people, people who I don’t know. “It has affected my confidence and has knocked me down. I am very shy and timid, I have not been myself for some time. “I have had to live with this for many years, and I hope that I can get on with my life.”

Peacock, of Owton Road, Billingham, was found guilty of five charges of indecent assault and not guilty of one charge of attempted rape.

David Lamb, defending, said the pre-sentence report on Peacock did mention an alternative to custody.

Mr Lamb told the judge: “Although the facts of the offences are fairly straightforward , Your Honour may consider that a suspended prison sentence cannot be wholly ruled out.”

But Judge Howard Crowson said: “After all I have heard I am afraid that an immediate custodial sentence is unavoidable.

I am also mindful that these are matters which will undoubtedly make it hard for you when you are in prison.”

Peacock was also given a Sexual Harm Prevention Order banning him indefinitely from unsupervised contact with girls under 16, and ordered to register as a sex offender for life.

Teacher admits child sex offences

A DISGRACED music teacher accused of offences involving a female child has formally admitted his guilt.

Lloyd Garratt, 32, of Liverpool Walk, Chorley, worked as a music teacher at Garstang Community Academy, but was suspended following his arrest in August 2015 and was charged in September.

Wearing a suit and purple tie, he clasped his hands in the dock as he pleaded guilty to three counts of causing or inciting a girl to engage in sexual activity.

He denied a count of making an indecent photograph of a child, which the Crown accepted. He was watched by five people in the public gallery.

Garratt has been on police bail since his arrest in August last year.

Defending, Joanne Rodikis said he had given a written basis of plea, and that reports would be prepared before his sentencing.

Judge Heather Lloyd said: “Now you have entered acceptable pleas I’m adjourning your case for sentence. “in the meantime you may continue to have unconditional bail but you must understand the fact I’m adjourning for reports should not be taken by you as any indication to the outcome

“All sentencing options including custody will be open to the sentencing judge. “You are now subject to the notification register.”

Garratt will be sentenced on November 4 and was granted conditional bail not to have contact any child under 16, except his own children, and with restrictions on using internet enabled devices

Former Deddington head teacher guilty of abusing pupils

VICTIMS abused at the hands of their former headmaster wiped away tears as the pensioner was convicted of historic sex crimes.

Sighs of relief echoed across the public gallery as William Duxbury heard his fate at Oxford Crown Court.

Jurors unanimously convicted the 88-year-old of four counts of indecent assault and 11 counts of indecency with a child.

The jury of five men and seven women found the defendant guilty by a majority of a further count of indecency with a child.

Duxbury was acquitted of one count of indecent assault by jurors.

The pensioner, of Mewstone Avenue, Wembury, Plymouth, denied abusing school children while he was headmaster of Deddington C of E Primary School in the 1980s.

Taking the stand earlier this week, he claimed it was possible his victims had conspired together to invent the allegations, hoping to get compensation in the wake of the Jimmy Savile scandal.

Pervert pensioner caught with beastiality & child abuse images

A pensioner was caught with pictures featuring extreme pornography.

Ian Cameron had hundreds of photographs featuring a person committing indecent acts with a chicken, pig, donkey, horse, dog and other animals.

Police found the photographs at Cameron’s home along with hundreds of indecent pictures of children, some at the most depraved level.

Cameron, 68, of Edenvale Avenue, Bispham, pleaded guilty to possessing extreme pornography and having a prohibited picture of a child.

He also admitted three offences of making indecent photographs of children and one offence of possessing 282 indecent photographs of children.

The offences took place between March 2005 and November last year.

Prosecutor, Adrian Hollamby, asked for Cameron to be sentenced at crown court.

Defence lawyer, Robert Castle, said his client had pleaded guilty at the first opportunity and had no similar convictions. Cameron was bailed to appear for sentence on November 9 at Preston Crown Court by Blackpool magistrates.

He must not have any unsupervised contact with children under 18 except for fleeting or inadvertent contact and all his internet browsing history must be retain for inspection as conditions of his bail.

Pervert jailed for possessing 17,700 indecent images of children

A NEWPORT man has been jailed for possessing more than 17,700 indecent images of children which included a eight-year-old child who had their hands and legs bound with rope.

Jason Evans, aged 46, of St Julian Street, Newport, was sentenced at Newport Crown Court yesterday for three counts of possession of indecent photos of children.

He pleaded guilty to all three counts at the hearing.

Jason Howells, prosecuting, told the court that police on August 30, of this year, searched the defendant’s home where they found a total of 17,727 indecent images of children.

The court heard 283 of these images were category A – the most serious; 283 images were category B and 17,161 were category C images. They were a mixture of photos and videos showing mainly girls between six and 12-years-old.

Of the 283 category A images; 153 were photos and 130 were videos. Mr Howells said some of these were of children under two-years-old.

He told the court in some of the images the children appeared in ‘pain’, there was use of ropes and also animals involved.

The court heard, the defendant co-operated with police and answered the door to officers saying ‘I’ll show you where they are to speed things up for you.” Police recovered a computer tower and a number of hard drives.

Evans told police in his interview that he had been an amphetamine addict for 20 years but had been clean up until just before his arrest. The defendant admitted he searched for terms including school ‘girls in uniform’ and ‘pre-teen hard core.’

Mr Howells said police also found 37, 291 other images which have yet to be categorised but a sample were category C.

Judge Christopher Llewellyn-Jones QC in sentencing Evans to 16 months imprisonment said: “Jason Lee Evans, frankly you disgust me.

“If you had committed these sort of offences yourself on a child you would be going to prison for a very long time. Frankly, I see little difference between a man who actually commit these offences and the man who looks at them because the man who looks at them is providing the outlet for the man who commits these offences.”

Evans will be subject to a sexual harm prevention order for ten years and will be on the sex offender’s register for the same period.

Borat lookalike lifeguard found guilty of sex assault

A 38-year-old Borat lookalike has been found guilty of sexually assaulting a teenage girl.

Lifeguard Martin McAndrews was ordered to complete 300 hours of community service when he appeared for sentencing at Sevenoaks Magistrates’ Court.

He was also made the subject of a six-month community order and put on the sex offenders’ register for five years.

Man who sexually abused two young girls remanded in custody

A man who sexually abused two young girls about ten years apart has been remanded in custody by a judge.

James Granato, 28, who has served time in the past for attempted rape, was found guilty of molesting a nine-year-old girl between 2003 and 2005.

And Granato was also found guilty of getting a 12-year-old girl to touch him between the legs in November 2014.

Child rapist jailed for sexually abusing five girls

An evil child rapist has been jailed for abusing five girls – exactly one year after his paedophile son was imprisoned for sex attacks on young boys.

Alan Goodwin, 57, was sentenced to 19 and a half years after being convicted of carrying out the sickening sexual assaults at his Birmingham home.

The city crown court heard the one-time web designer, from Tile Cross, targeted five girls between the ages of 10 and 14 in offences dating back 15 years.

Yet what the jury did not know was that his son Wayne, 32, was jailed last September after being convicted of multiple sex attacks on young boys, including two counts of rape

The fairground worker, from Stechford, was sentenced to 15 years for the catalogue of abuse.

Chillingly, the depraved father and son caried out the child sex attacks independently of each other.

Unemployed Alan Goodwin was sentenced at Birmingham Crown Court on September 16 following a retrial.

He was convicted of ten offences involving five girls, including rape, sexual assaults, and causing or inciting a child to engage in sexual activity.

During the court case his brave victims gave evidence, recalling how the married man would groom them before abusing them at his home.

In one sickening incident he attacked one young girl in front of another victim after locking them in his bedroom.

One victim vomited as she recounted the terror of the attacks to the jury.

The courtroom erupted in cheers when the verdicts were returned.

The mum of one of the victims spoke to the Birmingham Mail after the case. Her daughter was just 10-years-old when she was targeted by the pervert, and was abused until she was 14.

The young woman bravely went to police years after the abuse by Goodwin senior, who had also lived in the Bordesley Green East and Sheldon areas of the city.

The mum said: “It all came out because my daughter wouldn’t go to work. Her dad said, ‘Why are you not going in’? She’d say she had bellyache, a headache, different things. In the end he said, ‘Well, if you don’t go you’ll have to find somewhere else to live’.

“She stood up in a rage and started crying. She just came out with it.”

At his trial Wayne was convicted of 15 offences against young boys including two rapes, indecent assaults, and causing a child to engage in sexual activity.

He had worked on fairgrounds in the Birmingham area and at ice rinks in the city.

Sentencing him, the judge said: “You are known now as what is said to be a paedophile. You pose a high risk to children, ie young boys.”

The mum said she feared there could be more victims of both father and son out there – and urged them to come forward.

She said: “We believe there are more victims. We are speaking out in the hope that others we believe have experienced what these victims have will come forward.

“The victims in this case have been believed and helped.

“If there are others out there who need justice and specialist help, and they must do, then please come forward.

“Your account matters.”

Derby pervert sent sex messages to ‘teenage girl’ who was in fact a police officer

A pervert was snared after he sent sexual messages to someone he believed was a teenage girl but was in fact a police officer.

At the time, James Lowrey was awaiting sentence for contacting a real girl. In the latest offence, Lowrey believed the person he was messaging on Kik and Skype was a 14-year-old girl with the user name Lala Lauren, heard Derby Crown Court.

In his messages he said he was the owner of a construction firm and he owned a Porsche and asked if the girl wanted to lose her virginity.

He stated sexual things he wanted to do to the girl and also sent a picture of his genitals. At one point he talked about making the girl his wife and the response he got was: “What does a wife do?” Lowrey replied: “Cook, clean, oh and sex.”

Jailing Lowrey, 41, of Brindley Court, Allenton, for four years for the latest offence, Judge Jonathan Bennett said: “(The offence) related to conversations with a young girl, as it turned out this was not a real girl.

“Very early on in the conversation she told you she was 14, you told her you were 30. You tried to impress her with your job and your vehicle. There were sexual conversations over a number of occasions where you were clearly trying to groom her.

“It became clear to you after a while that she was vulnerable. Her parents were separated. She lived with her father. Her mother had an alcohol problem.”

Lowrey admitted attempting to facilitate contact with a child between November 25 and December 17 and breaching a sexual offences prevention order.

The court heard that in 2008, Lowrey was jailed for six years for grooming and meeting a 13-year-old girl. He was then given a suspended sentence for having a “huge number of indecent photographs”.

In October he pleaded guilty to contacting a 13-year-old girl and taking photographs up someone’s skirt on public transport.

Before he was sentenced for this he committed the latest offence. In December he was sentenced to 12 months in prison from which he was released in June.

Judge Bennett told Lowrey that after two years of serving this latest sentence he would be referred to the parole board which would decide whether it was safe to release him. However he will be released from jail after no more than four years.

Following the four years, Lowrey will be on licence for another three years. He will be subject to a sexual offences prevention order indefinitely.
