Already convicted child abuser is jailed for rape of young girl
An already convicted child abuser has been jailed for sexually abusing a child.
Christopher Hawker, a former butcher, but who now works as a groundsman for the local council abused a female child over a five year period when the child was aged between 7 and 14 years old.
In 2011, Hawker from Taunton received a 15 month sentence for multiple incidents of indecent assault on a child, but only served half his sentence in prison
In his latest trial, Hawker showed no emotion, nor remorse for the abuse he committed on the child.
He was found guilty of two counts of rape of a child aged under 13 years old and was given 13 years imprisonment on both counts
Hawker was arrogant throughout the trial. He even offered to show a picture of his penis to prove that a man couldn’t fit up the little female victim.
The vile pervert said in court: “I don’t want to be crude or distasteful”, he smirked and continued, “I’m a big man”, he patted his belly and said: “And I don’t mean my frame, I have pictures to prove it”. The whole court gasped and the judge looked disgusted.
At the trial on 7 July, 2014 at Taunton crown court, the defendant Christopher Hawker was found guilty of the rape of a child who was aged under 13 years old
Hawker was told he must sign on the sex offenders register for life and told that he was barred from working with children for life
