Man who violently slapped five-year-old boy in pub play area given suspended prison sentence

A

AN EXETER man who violently slapped a five year-old boy has been given a suspended prison sentence.

Warehouse operator Abdul Navaei, 37, lifted his hand and hit the unnamed youngster with ‘significant force’, knocking him to the ground in front of stunned witnesses.

The boy needed hospital treatment for suspected concussion and his family say he still has nightmares and regularly wakes up screaming about “the bad man.”

Magistrates heard the brutal assault took place in the soft play area of a Paignton pub after Navaei had downed four pints of lager.

Navaei yesterday apologised to his young victim’s family for his ‘moment of madness’ before he was given an eight-week suspended prison sentence for common assault.

But the other boy’s mother – who cannot be named to protect his son’s identity – said: “We can never forgive him.

“There is nothing he can say that will ever make this right. How can anyone hit a child like that?

“We don’t accept his apology as he should never have done it in the first place.

“And I am not happy with the sentence.”

Prosecuting, Edward Counsell told Torquay Magistrates the attack happened on December 5 at the Flagship pub in Paignton, Devon

He said: “At about 2pm an off duty police officer at the premises saw him run into the play area and he took hold of a five year old child.

“He grabbed the boy’s t-shirt before slapping him across the face. It was done with such significant force that the child was knocked backwards onto the floor.

“The officer reported that Navaei had said ‘You do not hit’ and brought his right hand backwards using severe force.

“There was the sound of slapping which the officeR was able to hear.”

Police were called and arrested Navaei and the five year-old boy was said to be “visibly upset and shaken.”

Mr Counsell added: “The area where it all took place was full of other children and their parents.

“He admitted drinking four pints in total but was not described as being drunk.

The court heard the five-year-old boy had red marks on his cheek and was taken to Torbay Hospital later that evening with fears he had suffered mild concussion.

In a victim impact statement, the boy’s mother said the attack was every mother’s worst nightmare.

She said: “I have never felt emotion like it. It has been a nightmare. I am so angry. How any adult can assault a child? It makes me feel sick.”

The boy’s grandmother added: “Since the incident he has slept in my room for a continuous 20 nights.

“That is out of character. Throughout that time he has woken up screaming, shouting and having nightmares.

“On several occasions he has woken up punching and kicking.

“He has constantly said: “I just want to forget about the bad man.”

Navaei was also ordered to do unpaid work and pay £100 compensation to the victim.

Paedophile travelled 250 miles believing he would be able to sexually abuse a five-year-old girl

A pervert travelled 250 miles to Sittingbourne believing he would be able to sexually abuse a five-year-old girl, a court heard.

But John Clarke was arrested soon after he arrived at the railway station, having been caught out by a police sting.

The 35-year-old convicted sex offender had been in regular contact with a woman he believed was the mother of his intended victim.

Clarke, who lived in Manchester, started contact with the undercover officer in mid-September last year. He sent a number of indecent images of children to the officer.

“He said he liked little girls from four to women of 50,” prosecutor Ian Foinette told Maidstone Crown Court. “He liked trading pictures and videos of young girls and chatting about sex.”

He sent one message saying: “I would like your little girl and you together. I would love to see you both naked.”

Clarke sent 10 images, one of which was of child sex abuse in the highest category and two movie clips of the same level of seriousness.

He sent more images and declared he wanted to meet up and show her little girl a good time.

He provided access to dropbox and cloud storage for the “mother” to view more obscene material.

Clarke said he would travel to Sittingbourne on December 3 and stay for three days.

Mr Foinette said Clarke indicated he had cancelled a job centre appointment he had in Manchester on December 3.

He duly arrived by train that afternoon. The officer met him outside the station and they walked to a nearby supermarket, where he was arrested.

When interviewed, Clarke admitted having a sexual interest in girls aged “four and a bit older”.

Clarke appeared for sentenced without legal representation. He told Judge Jeremy Carey: “I just want to know how long you are going to give me.”

After he was given a suspended sentence for sexually assaulting a child in 2010 he was given sex offender treatment.

“I was sitting in a room with eight paedophiles and a rapist,” he said. “It must do something to you. I am not a prolific law breaker.”

Judge Carey adjourned sentence until February 18 for an assessment on dangerousness.

Teenager, 19, admits sexually abusing the same underage girl who was bombarded with sex texts by his boxing coach father

hebs

Tom Hebden, left, sexually abused a girl who was also groomed by his father Graham, right

A teenager has admitted sexually abusing a young girl shortly after his father was jailed for sending her a string of explicit text messages.

Tom Hebden, 19, faces prison after he pleaded guilty to 15 counts of sexual abuse against three different girls aged between 13 and 15.

One of his victims was previously groomed by Hebden’s father Graham, 49, a boxing coach who was sentenced to a year in jail last June for ‘bombarding’ the girl with sexual texts.

Tom Hebden, from Ulrome in East Yorkshire, was due to stand trial this week at Hull Crown Court.

However, at the last minute he admitted 11 counts of sexual activity with a child, three of causing a child to engage in sexual activity, and one of engaging in sexual activity in the presence of a child.

Hebden was released on bail and will be sentenced at the same court next month.

Judge Simon Jack told him: ‘You have pleaded guilty and I’m going to adjourn the case for a pre-sentence report to be prepared, so the judge that deals with you has the best possible information about you.

‘I’m releasing you on bail on the same conditions. You need to be back here on February 19 and all sentencing options will be open.’

When Graham Hebden was jailed last year, Hull Crown Court heard that he had developed an ‘unhealthy infatuation’ with one of the girls who was abused by his son.

He sent her hundreds of emails and text messages when she was just 14, and attempted to cover up his tracks in case he appeared to be ‘grooming’.

As well as suggesting she perform sex acts with her boyfriend and on her own, he also told her about his own sex life with his wife.

One message he sent her said: ‘Don’t want to sound like a pervert or a paedophile, but you’re looking fit.’

The girl was uncomfortable about the messages and replied to one: ‘What about it? I’m too young to talk about it, know about it.’

Hebden had tried to hide what he was doing by saying: ‘Don’t show anyone the messages – it would seem like I’m grooming.’

But when interviewed by police, he said he had ‘overstepped the mark’.

He admitted having previously attended a child protection course, but claimed to have forgotten what he had been taught.

Hebden senior was also ordered to register as a sex offender for ten years when he was sentenced.

Council worker caught with indecent photos of children on computer avoids jail

A Middlesbrough Council worker left court a “chastened” man after he was caught with child abuse images on his computer.

Glyn Court, 54, had more than 200 illegal pictures on two laptops and a memory stick seized by Cleveland Police.

Officers went to his home in Guisborough after receiving information from the National Crime Agency.

He had 229 indecent photos of children at varying levels of seriousness – though many were duplicates – and eight prohibited “cartoon” images of children.

He had 38 images of extreme pornography described as grossly offensive, disgusting or obscene.

In his first police interview, Court denied having any interest in looking for pictures of children or deliberately downloading them from the internet.

He said he might have stumbled on inappropriate material but deleted it straight away.

Interviewed again, he accepted he had downloaded images.

Court admitted three counts of making indecent photographs of children, two of possessing extreme pornographic images and one of possessing prohibited images of children.

The offences – his first – were dated between August 2006 and the search of his home in April 2014.

John Nixon, defending, said: “He is a chastened individual.”

He told how Court suffered problems in the life, particularly with alcohol and family bereavements.

When he was vulnerable he used the internet more regularly.

But, said Mr Nixon, this was not an “obsession” for a married man who still enjoyed sports, exercise and socialising.

He added: “This is a tiny part of his character and behaviour and was not typical of the way that he behaved.

“His computer was seized and has never been replaced. It seems that this behaviour has stopped, quite rightly, completely.”

He said the number of images was “tiny” compared to tens of thousands stored in some cases.

He added Court had worked in local government since 1989 and was a hard-working, conscientious “model employee”.

He said he did not know what would happen with Court’s job.

“It may come to an end,” Mr Nixon added.

“I’m not sure whether there are grounds for that.”

Judge Tony Briggs said: “The court regularly deals with numbers that are very far in excess of the ones that we are concerned with here.

“But obviously the evil of this particular activity is that it fuels the demand for the making of indecent images of children.”

He said reoffending seemed unlikely but added: “All the features are there for, potentially at least, a repeat performance.

“It seems to me not necessary to send you immediately to custody,” he added, taking into account Court’s early pleas, previous good character and personal problems.

Court was given a six-month jail term suspended for two years with a sex offender treatment programme and 30 days’ rehabilitation activity.

He will be on the sex offenders’ register for seven years.

Devon farmer found guilty of raping girls after grooming them with sweets

An ex-farmer has been found guilty of sexually abusing four young girls who visited his home during holiday visits to Devon.

Wheelchair bound Kenneth Tucker, 84, was convicted of raping two girls and indecently assaulting two others at the end of an eight day trial at Exeter Crown Court.

Tucker is a retired farmer and agricultural plant engineer who preyed on the girls when they were staying at his smallholding in Rackenford in the 1990s.

His grooming started with buying the four girls sweets and treats and moved on through tickling games to sexual assaults which culminated in rapes.

He claimed he had never done anything sexual towards any of the girls but a jury found him guilty unanimously of all 21 counts after deliberating for almost six hours.

Tucker, who is partially blind, was allowed home for the night on bail but warned he faces an inevitable jail sentence when he returns tomorrow (Thursday).

He was convicted at a retrial after a jury was unable to reach verdicts in a case last year. In the meantime the fourth complainant came forward.

Tucker denied four rapes and 17 indecent assaults on four girls between 1984 and 1998 when the alleged victims were aged between six and 14. He was convicted of all the offences.

During the trial touched the girls told how he repeatedly abused them while playing games before or after he put them to bed.

The assaults on one on the girl escalated until he raped her in a bathroom when she was just 11.

The girls, all now adults, said they enjoyed their visits to his farm at first because he gave them treats and let them look after his chickens, but they all refused to go back after he abused them.

One of them reported his behaviour to a teacher in the 1990s but no action was taken after a police investigation. The others were sisters who found the courage to report the abuse much later.

The sisters saw some of the abuse against their siblings but the most serious assaults took place when he had sole charge of the girls and they were alone with him.

The victims said Tucker’s activities started innocently with Tucker blowing raspberries on their tummies but progressed to sexual assaults in which he threw them in the air and touched them as they landed.

The abuse got worse and he raped on girl while she was helping him renovate a bathroom.

Police are appealing for information to trace a convicted child sex offender with links to Grimsby.

Toby Roy Gordon, aged 38, was convicted at Leeds Crown Court in November on two counts of indecent assault on a child.

He was bailed to return to the court on December 23 to be sentenced but failed to attend.

He is now circulated as wanted for failing to appear and for breach of his sex offenders register conditions.

He is described as white, 5ft 11ins tall, medium build, with short dark hair that can appear unkempt, dark-coloured eyes and eyebrows and olive skin.

The image shown is from 2012 but is still a good likeness of him.

He has links to Grimsby and Leeds but could be anywhere in the country.

Detective Inspector Marc Bowes, of Leeds District Safeguarding Unit, said: “We have been making extensive enquiries to locate Gordon since he failed to appear at court. We are now appealing to the public to help us trace his whereabouts.

“Anyone who knows where he is should not approach him but contact police immediately.”

Anyone with any information that could assist in tracing him is asked to contact Detective Constable Lee Thompson at Leeds Child Safeguarding Unit on 0113 385 9576 or via 101.

Re-offending serial paedophile jailed for abusing friends children

a1

A pervert befriended by a family has been jailed after he sexually abused their children.

Now Paul Fyfield could spend the rest of his life behind bars after a judge ruled that he was such a risk to the public he should be locked up indefinitely.

Judge Gareth Cowling told Fyfield: “You admit to be unable to control your sexual urges. You are a danger to children, regardless of age group”

The court heard that two victims were five-year-old girls of which one was repeatedly abused over a four year period. Another child was just a toddler. He was 18-months old.

The court was also told that Fyfield had threatened to rape a fourth child – A 6-month old baby girl

When police officers seized Fyfield’s computer, they found more than 43,000 images and videos of child sexual abuse, which he had amassed over a period of just a few months.

The father of the three victims, of which included a baby, said: “Prison is the best place for him”

The father who cannot be named for legal reasons added: “In prison he is unable to damage other children and ruin peoples lives”

“It is a great weight off our shoulders and hopefully Fyfield will never walk the streets again”

FyField, a 46-year-old waste operative from Leigh Park, admitted:

  • Four counts of indecent assault on children

  • 10 counts of making indecent images of children

  • Two counts of possessing indecent images of children

  • One count of taking indecent images of children

He was caught when the mother of one of the victims – A young girl – walked in on him indecently assaulting her.

After police had been alerted, they discovered the images on his computer, which included sexual footage of the the families baby, which he had taken himself.

Fyfield admitted indecently assaulting the other children, as well as admitting making, taking and possession of child sexual abuse images.

Portsmouth Crown court heard that he was an already convicted sex offender who had offences dating back to the 1980’s.

He had then lured a 14-year-old boy into the woods before he sexually assaulted him.

Fyfield had hidden his history of offending to those around him.

Pensioner jailed for sexually abusing young girl

FOX

A pensioner who repeatedly sexually abused a young girl has been jailed for seven-and-a-half years.

Merseyside Police said the pervert’s victim has “shown an immense amount of bravery coming forward.”

Kevin Fox denied the allegations but was convicted after a trial and was today put behind bars.

Liverpool Crown Court heard that Fox, who is now 73, committed the offences in Liverpool when the girl was aged 13 and 14 years old.

Sarah Holt, prosecuting, said after the first incident, which began in the 1980s, the victim could not remember all the times he abused her but it happened regularly.

She confided in her mum when she was 14 but when confronted Fox just replied he may have been drunk and nothing further was said.

The sex attacks continued and lasted about two-and-a half years.

When she was an adult she told a partner what had happened but did not tell police until the summer of 2014.

She decided to contact them after speaking to Fox about the abuse and he said she was “sick” and “a liar.”

When interviewed he continued to deny the allegations and told the jury that he had not committed the offences.

He was found guilty of all six charges of indecent assault, some of which were specimen offences.

Jailing Fox, of New Chester Road, New Ferry, Judge Andrew Hatton said they were serious offences and he had groomed his victim.

He ordered him to sign the Sex Offenders Register for life.

Convicted child sex offender loses claim for damages after being sent back to jail

A child sex offender who was sent back to jail when a sniffer dog indicated cannabis was in his hostel room has lost a bid for financial damages.

Donald Burton of Worcester Road, Dudley, was recalled to prison for a further 17 months after the dog sniffed out the remnants of spliffs in an ash tray.

Burton, aged 42, claimed there was no direct evidence he had been using drugs at the hostel in Stonnall Road, Aldridge, near Walsall, following his release from jail for sex crimes.

He had been jailed for seven years, with an extended licence period of three years, at Birmingham Crown Court in 2004.

But he claimed his recall was wrong and that he had been falsely imprisoned by the Ministry of Justice when he appeared at the High Court on Wednesday.

Burton had vehemently denied using drugs at the hostel but admitted he had taken cannabis in the past and may have used his leaf-shaped ashtray.

Mr Stephen Field, defending, said Burton was eventually released again on May 11, 2009, having spent an extra 510 days in prison he should never have served.

The court heard that when Burton was released the parole board had concluded his recall had not been justified in the first place.

Mr Field said it meant his recall was unlawful and his incarceration during that time amounted to false imprisonment.

But Mr Justice William Davis rejected his claim for thousands of pounds in damages saying the Ministry of Justice officer who approved Burton’s recall in December 2007 had been correct.

He said: “The crucial issue is whether there were reasonable grounds for concluding that he had been using cannabis at the premises.

“In my judgment, on the material placed before the relevant official, there were such reasonable grounds.

“The critical issue in this case must be answered against Mr Burton and he fails in his claim that there was any unlawfulness in his recall.”

Burton had been convicted of a string of offences, including indecency with a child, unlawful sexual intercourse and indecent assault.

He was released to the hostel in November 2007 but was back behind bars before Christmas.

Hostel staff had called police suspecting that Mr Burton was using cannabis and a sniffer dog indicated the presence of drugs in the ash tray.

Ex-housing officer downloaded child sexual abuse images

A former housing officer has been ordered to sign on the sex-offenders’ register after a cache of indecent child-abuse images were found on his laptop.

Sean Prabhu, 48, was caught out by West Yorkshire Police’s Child Exploitation and Online Protection Unit (CEOP).

Officers searched his home in Harrogate and seized computer equipment for analysis.

Forensic experts found 11 video files and four photos featuring indecent shots of young girls, mainly between the ages of 10 and 12. The youngest child featured was between three and five years of age.

The files included 11 video clips, nine of which were rated Category A and featured the worst kind of sexual abuse, York Crown Court heard.

Prosecuting barrister Stephanie Hancock said although relatively few indecent files were found on the laptop, police discovered that Prabhu had used special cleaning software to delete other files which could not be accessed by officers.

Experts trawled through his internet search history and found key search terms relating to child abuse images. These revealed over 10,000 ‘hits’ for particular search words.

Mrs Hancock said this indicated that Prabhu – a father-of-two who worked as a care support officer for dementia sufferers before becoming a housing officer – had viewed many more files which had been deleted.

Prabhu, of High Street, Starbeck, used a “peer-to-peer” file-sharing site to view the images on a web page where music could also be downloaded.

He was arrested following the police search on May 4 last year.

He appeared for sentence on Thursday after admitting six counts of making indecent images.

Mrs Hancock said Prabhu, who has no previous convictions, felt he had an addiction to child pornography and had sought help through a charity which helps rehabilitate offenders.

Judge Guy Kearl QC told Prabhu: “You should be thoroughly ashamed of yourself. It’s quite plain that you were deliberately searching for these videos and images for quite some time before (your arrest).”

Prabhu was given a 36-month community order with a 30-day rehabilitation programme and sex-offender treatment course.

Mr Kearl also imposed a five-year sexual-harm prevention order which will limit Prabhu’s internet activities and allow police to keep a check on his computer use.

In addition, Prabhu was made to sign on the sex-offenders’ register for five years.

Mr Kearl warned him that it was his “last chance” and that if he reoffended he would go straight to prison.

Man spared jail after downloading dozens of indecent images of children for ‘sexual gratification’

A 20-year-old has avoided an immediate prison sentence after dozens of indecent images of children were found on his laptops and tablet.

Keenan Evans – whose devices were found with almost 90 photographs and videos including some in the most serious category – admitted to police he had been searching for indecent images of children.

Prosecutor Susan Ferrier told a Cardiff Crown Court hearing: “There are images of girls of various ages, perhaps going down to about five, and boys aged from about eight or so.

“He accepted any images on any of his devices would have been down to him.

“He said he would search for pictures of naked children, or adults having sex with children, and was frank enough to say it would provide him with sexual gratification.”

She said he had also downloaded software which meant it was more difficult for the authorities to trace what he had been doing.

But a judge told Evans, of Station Road, Kenfig Hill, Bridgend , that his jail sentence would be suspended because he had shown genuine remorse and understanding about the harm his actions had caused.

Judge Jonathan Furness QC told him: “People who download photographs of penetrative abuse of children create a market for those photographs and that leads to other children being abused.”

He said there were a number of factors in the case including that images were in the most serious category, the ages of the children involved, and that he had admitted offending over a period of three years.

But the judge added: “You made full admissions, you pleaded guilty at the first opportunity, and the pre-sentence report indicates genuine remorse, an attempt to change your behaviour by not conducting yourself in this manner, and a genuine understanding of the harm this causes.

“These features are not always apparent in offenders.

“You have an opportunity to put this behind you.”

Evans was given 12-month prison sentences for each of the devices found with indecent images, all to run concurrently, and suspended for two years.

He was made the subject of a 15-day rehabilitation activity requirement and told to complete 100 hours of unpaid community work.

A sexual harm prevention order – which includes terms such as forcing Evans only to access the internet when his search history can be displayed and making that available on request to a police officer – was put in place for 10 years.

Evans’ laptops and tablet were also forfeited.

Primary school head jailed for downloading indecent images of children

yourimage

A former high-flying primary school head teacher who pleaded guilty to downloading hundreds of indecent images of children has been jailed for eight months.

Tim Watson, who led Cliffe Woods Primary School in Rochester, Kent, to an “outstanding” Ofsted rating, admitted making more than 800 images.

The indecent images included 17 deemed to be at the highest level of seriousness of category A, 113 at level B and 718 at category C.

Ofsted said father-of-four Watson was an “inspirational leader” at the 336-pupil school following its last inspection in March last year.

Sentencing him, a judge at Maidstone Crown Court said Watson, 55, who went on to resign following his arrest last April, had viewed images of children which “contribute to their degradation”.

Prosecutor Bridget Todd said analysis of computers seized from Watson’s home showed Google search terms including “teen sex video”, “nude kids” and “nude pre-teen”.

In police interview, Watson told officers he started off viewing images of children in swimwear aged between nine and 13 before going on to view nudist pictures.

Ms Todd told the court: “He said that he never crossed any professional lines and never got any sexual interest in real-life children.

“In his interview, he did express feelings of guilt, shame and embarrassment about his actions which he said was wrong.”

Northampton-born Watson, of Silvern Avenue, Nottingham, pleaded guilty to seven counts of making indecent pictures of children last November.

Tom Stern, defending, said Watson, who left school at 16, qualified as a teacher aged 32 after various jobs, including a period with the Royal Navy.

Mr Stern spoke of Watson as a high-achieving teacher who had led Cliffe Woods from a satisfactory Ofsted rating to outstanding.

“He is someone who at a low ebb in his life made some unprecedented decisions,” said Mr Stern of Watson, who has no previous convictions.

Jailing Watson, Judge Charles Macdonald QC said: “All indecent images of children involve real children. All these images contribute to their degradation.”

Man admits sending schoolgirl indecent photo

A YOUNG man has admitted sending a teenage girl an indecent picture of himself and asking her to post one back.

Adam Tatton was arrested after the 14-year-old girl’s mum discovered the photograph, which he had sent via video messaging application Snapchat.

The girl, who lives in Derby, told police that Tatton, 19, had sent her messages “talking in a sexual way” before sending her the image of himself.

She said she knew him because he had previously been in a relationship with her friend, who was also 14, heard Derby Crown Court.

When police examined Tatton’s phone they found on it an image of extreme pornography.

Prosecutor Jonathan Straw said that in a victim personal statement, the girl said the incident had caused her “embarrassment” and some problems at school.

“It had got around at school and she was being called a grass. People were gossiping that she had sent a picture to him.”

The court heard that Tatton had no previous convictions.

Tatton, of Forest Road East, Nottingham, admitted the offences.

Handing Tatton a 12-month community order, Judge Jonathan Bennett said: “These are serious offences but I take account that you’re 19 but in terms of the way you operate you are much younger than that – you’re very immature for your age.

But you must appreciate you’ve got to change the way you conduct your relationships.

“As a result of your actions this young girl’s life was pretty unpleasant for a period of time.”

Tatton will be supervised by the probation service and must do 100 hours of unpaid work.

He was also given a weekend curfew and put on the sex offenders register for five years and made the subject of a sexual harm prevention order.

The order restricts his use of electronic devices, including that he must not delete his history and must always make such items available for examination by the police.

A 37 year old Cheltenham company director has today admitted having almost 3,000 illegal child abuse images on his computer,

At Gloucester Crown Court Mark Hall of Coppice Gate pleaded guilty to four charges of making a total of 2,814 indecent images of children between June 2012 and June 2015.

Fifty four of the images are said to be at the most serious category A, 68 at Category B and the remaining 2,691 at the least serious Category C.

Asking for a pre-sentence report on Hall, defence lawyer Lloyd Jenkins said “He is a company director and has no previous convictions. There are some category A and B images but the bulk are category C.

“He has completed a Lucy Faithful course off his own bat since his arrest so that is to his credit.”

Recorder Paul Grumbar bailed Hall for a report and told him he will be sentenced on 15th April. All sentencing options would be open to the court, he said.

Secret torment of child sex abuse victim

A VICTIM of sexual abuse as a child was later driven to a state of near suicide, a court was told.

The youngster, who was assaulted from the age of six, was preyed upon by Dharmesh Agravat, who took advantage of her innocence, said Judge Leslie Hull.

Manchester Crown Court heard that being so young, the girl — now an adult — had been in no position to consent.

The victim kept silent about her ordeal for years until she could no longer endure the torment.

Agravat, now 32, was given a 12-month suspended sentence after pleading guilty to five specific counts of indecent assault dating back 20 years.

Duncan Wilcock prosecuting, said police were informed after his victim spoke about her four year ordeal as a child.

In a statement she said she had used alcohol to try to shut out memories of what happened, and even deliberately tried to sabotage personal relationships when she was older.

Judge Hull told Agravat, who was around 13 when he began abusing the girl: “It began in relative innocence, but went on from that.”

In addition to the sentence, which he suspended for two years, the judge ordered the defendant to take part in a sex offenders’ treatment programme and made him subject of a sexual offences prevention order.
